Shared Video Game Universe

So, I had an idea for a game wherein I will take several video games and mash them all up into one larger setting and on a session 0, we can all come together and see what we would like to do and the direction to go in. I will be including only games set in the modern day. I would like to keep things that have incidents confined to their own cities. I would also like to avoid aliens at this time so no Saint's Row. Here is a list of the games that I have thought of to include thus far.

inFamous

Prototype

Bayonetta

Devil May Cry

Quantum Break

GTA

Watch_Dogs

Metal Gear Solid (Maybe)

Rebooted Tomb Raider

Resident Evil (the first one)

Crackdown

Double Dragon

Streets of Rage

Final Fight

Yakuza

Shenmue

For the powers, I was going to use a series of Talents. I was not going to let the super powers get so crazy that they would be able to consistently instakill a Nemesis without a handful of Triumphs but I definitely want them to be able to take out a Rival with a decent roll.

I figure that the possibilities of the game would be laid out and then the players can all come together for a session 0 and then determine things like....

Do they want to be underground fighters?

Do they want to be in organized crime?

Do they want to be in a gang?

Do they want to be hated and feared for being different and having powers?

So, the more games that you guys would think would fit into the concept of modern day video games and would be exciting to join into this, then let me know. The setting can grow.

Also, if I can make a decent world/setting in modern times, I can then branch out and do futuristic settings and also do past/historical settings.

erm, Watch_Dogs and Assassin's Creed are in a shared universe...

Shooter is Aiden Pearce.

Bayonetta and Devil May Cry stick out to me in that list - the rest are all basically action move reality or sci-fi, but those don't seem to fit in.

Might want to add Uncharted - it's Tomb Raider with a male protagonist, after all. Metal Gear Solid and the whole Resident Evil series slot well into the same universe as all the others, throughout most of the series. Maybe cut off MGS after MGS2, because MGS3 is a more world changing.

Now that I think about it, a Resident Evil/Metal Gear Solid hybrid would be great.
