My hope for scum would be to make them a small force that can be a maximum number of points within your army like in IA. Makes thematic sense, why wouldn't the rebels be able to hire bounty hunters?

I don't like the idea of boba (or other scum characters) being solely Imperial as it doesn't fit, in OT we see boba working for imps and hutt's. Make boba a commander by all means although spec ops would be better but make him available to all factions.

On a side note would love it if they released prequel factions, who wouldn't want to see a big droid army or clone army (would make it easier to differentiate clone squads based on battalion markings)
