ARC-170 + 2400 build ideas?

Hey all!

I’m a new player and have been splurging to build my collection. My favorite rebel ships (for their look and style) are the ARC and the Outrider and I’m working on building a list to make them competitive in play. Here’s what I have, just flailing about and putting on upgrades that sound cool to me in my limited experience w synergizing a list for flight:

You have picked 2 good ship choices, however, there is definitely some anti-synergy going on that can be helped:

Juke only works if you have an evade token, and there is no way for Shara to get one.

Ordnance (the torps and Prockets) are not bad choices, but only if you have nothing else with which to fill the points.

Let's look specifically at Dash. VI Dash with Autoblaster is a very appealing combination - however, as a player who has tried it, I would warn you, it is VERY hard to pull off. I would rather choose Mangler Cannon for a similar point value, it's an easy cannon with which to work.

Lando is a fun choice. It's not that he isn't good, but because he isn't super reliable, he's not the most competitive. You can certainly fly him if you please, however. Nonetheless, a classic choice is Kanan Jarrus, and PTL for his EPT - he can get 2 actions for the cost of 1 stress, and clear that stress on any white move.

EMP Device is nifty on Dash, but I prefer it on Dash if he has Heavy Laser Cannon, because it closes up his range 1 donut hole. Without HLC, it becomes less appealing.

Shara can be fun, for sure. However, Dash is all about going wild, meaning that Shara's ability will likely not proc. I would consider flying Norra Wexley in the ARC instead. She can hit like a truck.

You have two ships that are very hard to kill. Individual powerhouses, and both at PS 7, which provides a lot of versatility.

i went 4 - 2 in the barcelona regional with this:

Braylen Stramm(29) [Braylen Stramm(25), Tactician(2), R3-A2(2), Alliance Overhaul(0)]

Eaden Vrill(38) [Eaden Vrill(32), Ion Cannon(3), Guidance Chips(0), Rey(2), Burnout Slam(1), Smuggling Compartment(0)]

Wookiee Liberator(33) [Wookiee Liberator(26), Expose(4), Intelligence Agent(1), Tactician(2)]

I've been playing Dash and Norra a fair bit.

Dash, Outrider, Mangler Cannon, Engine Upgrade, Push the Limit, Jan Ors.

Norra, Alliance Overhaul, Engine Upgrade, Push the Limit, R2D2, Recon Specialist.

The list comes to 96 points, so I can add a torp or missile. The Engine Upgrade on Norra is handy though I feel at times Vectored Thrusters would be better.

I use Jan Ors ability for the most part to give Norra an evade token, ideally I'm not a big fan of turrets as I feel that you don't really have to position yourself that well to use them, that being said I always try to put Dash out of enemy arcs!

This is my current go to list. But if you fly bad you'll be dead.

Later once I pick up the HOTR expansion my list will change.
