Zeta Ace allows you to, whenever you perform a barrel roll, use a 2-speed template.

Expert Handling lets you perform a free barrel roll.

I was about to post the usual note that this doesn't apply to Tractor Beam barrel rolls because they're not actions, but it doesn't actually specify actions.

SO this would presumably apply to the barrel roll from a Tractor Token, if you wanted it to.

Where the opposing player assigns the token and choses one of the movement effects I do not believe they would have access to Zeta Ace's pilot ability as his ability as a "you" and the ship owning the effect that is moving him is not him.

If it was a likely enough case to come up I'd suggest errata but it's really not likely to come up.

Zeta Ace should really include the word 'action' after 'barrel roll',

Yeah this. I don't think there's any interaction between Zeta and TB
