So I’ve been messing around with new stuff, played a Poe/wedge/fenn rebel 11s list that I picked up from here and it was fun, but wasn’t as great as I wanted it to be. Really liked having coordinate, but wasn’t able to fit in regen poe. So I messed around, went outside the box and put this together.

Moldy crow isn’t need, but is a decent point filler. Figured I needed Roark to be fast to keep up with Poe to keep him at PS 12.

Originally had weapons engineer on fenn, but I didn’t feel the reroll was needed on a TLT carrier as opposed to an X-Wing, so hotshot for stripping tokens.

Could still go with intensity on poe to make him tankier, but I figured flat out negating blinded pilot would have its uses.

so... am I crazy for wanting to give this a shot? Worried about damage output but I figure with the amount of negation in the list it’s more of a death by a thousand cuts scenario.

Moving Poe at PS11 with black one is more important than him firing at PS12. Roark isnt really needed here. Lowhrick with Draw Their Fire can save Poe from any crits.

Maybe try and fit Jan Ors in if you want a HWK in the list. Tanky Poe firing 4 dice, or even Fenn at 3 dice can be nice.

Yeah, I don't think 1 point of PS just for combat is gonna be strong enough here. Jan could be fun.

I would also STRONGLY commend having an M9 reroll on a TLT. Especially combined with Moldy Crow focuses...dang...that's my fav.

I think @wurms nails it: moving at 11 > shooting at 12; Lowhhrick > Roark.

However, I think the bigger issue is that Determination isn't enough of a "get." Lone Wolf wouldn't work, due to range restrictions. Expertise is mostly redundant. PTL isn't as good as Predator, which isn't that good due to M9-G8. Maybe if you face a TONNE of Kylo Ren, but even then? I dunno. Part of the reason Poe almost always goes VI is that other Elite upgrades aren't quite as necessary for him, since he's got crazy action efficiency due to Advanced Optics and his pilot ability.

Personally, if I wanted to make this work, I'd change a few things around. Poe gets Predator, since that will make him more of a threat unto himself. Next, Fenn Rau goes R2 Astromech and Pulsed Ray Shields or Vectored Thrusters. One keeps him alive longer, the other improves his arc and arc dodging. Last, I'd probably trade Moldy Crow for Pulsed Ray Shields on Roark. Getting Regen there also seems good. That's a style choice which might be wrong, but mostly, I just don't think you gain enough by taking a different Elite upgrade on Poe to make the jank worthwhile.

Going back to your opening statement, I think a PS 11 R2-D2 Poe at 43, PS 11 Wedge with FAA at 31 will leave room for some kind of Fenn in those 26 points. VI/HSCP, and either FAA or R2 Astromech should be 26, if I'm mathing right.
