Now that we've seen Waves 12 and 13 in play, we look forward to what might hit the table for Wave 14 (which should roughly coincide with Solo: A Star Wars Debacle Story ). Given that, any ideas on what we might see for the game, going forward? Thoughts...

I think there's another thread about this, but I'd bet the RZ-2 A-Wing is coming.

Probably the gauntlet fighter as it just got introduced to Armada.

There's also the possibility of the Dr. Aphra's Ark Angel, from the Darth Vader comics, along with 0-0-0 and BT-1.

Guantlet is problematic though in that it is even larger than the VCX-100, almost Epic sized. but it definitely is more of a starfighter than a Epic ship. so it is in a kind of limbo.

I swear, if the Empire gets another stinking shuttle...

Or tie fighter that can't compete...

Please let it be the TIE Hunter if they insist on giving us another TIE. Otherwise I'd like some fixes for our existing stable of fighters.

i'm hoping it'll be an I-7 Howlrunner, A-9 Vigilence interceptor, or the V-wings from the early Empire. something other than a shuttle or TIE.

To be honest, as cool as that would be, its nice that a typical Empire list still looks like the movies. Adding I-7's, A-9's, and/or V-wings in a way that far outclasses existing fighters means that we lose even that.

who says they would outclass existing fighters though? the I-7 and A-9 in their legends appearances, were considered on par or even inferior to the TIE fighters and TIE Interceptors they were competing with. they'd just offer different types of playstyles. and the V-wing was replaced by the TIE fighter because the TIE was a newer, more capable fighter. adding it would still be a case of adding playstyle choice, rather than powercreep.

My predictions:

• RZ-2 A-Wing
• V-wing (maybe multi-faction, rebel/scum)
• TIE Reaper
• Ark Angel (maybe first ship that is not tied to any faction, or has pilots for each faction)
• Rogue-class starfighter (Xanadu Blood owned by Cad Bane)

Whatever it is, make it come quick. I just need three more TIE Phantoms and my collection is pretty much done.

That sort of thing will never bother me. I want every ship in the small-large size category that has appeared in a Star Wars film, with a high priority if it's from the original trilogy era.

Scum could use a dedicated support shuttle as a way to get Jabba involved in the 100/6 game.

So no offense but what's with some of you and Imperial V-Wings? Like, I get it. But you guys realize that The Empire doesn't have Astromechs right?

So we'd need an entirely new subclass of Astromechs. Just for The Empire.

They should make a ship with 4 die primaries front and rear arc that can take a TLT and shoot it twice.

Or does that sound like maybe a bit too much?

In Legends, the Empire used a version without Astromechs.

though i wouldn't mind imperial Astro's for older craft like the V-wing or Eta-2 Actis that we know the Empire used early on.

TIE Reaper for Empire;

RZ-2 A-Wing for Resistance;

And hoping for Rogue-class Starfighter (small base) and Interceptor-class (epic) for Scum.

Rebels never used the v wing. Or scum. The empire did.
