My Resistance bomber came with warped guns. In the past FFG has always been great about replacing minis that are screwed up. (Except the Poe Dameron X-Wing. The one they gave me was warped as bad as the first). But this time nothing is happening. It's been about 2 weeks and I have yet to get a reply. Status on the Asmodee site is "Received".
Anyone else having this problem?
Is the customer service gone or something?
The custumer service can be slow sometimes. Usually warped guns can be fixed with careful application of heat. Try using a hairdryer on it (carefully, don't make it too hot). It might spring back into shape like the fin on my scurrg, or you can soften and bend it.

A few weeks ago, I bought a used Gozanti online that came with 2 broken turrets and a broken radar dish. A request was submitted on my behalf by the seller and it was approved within a few days. I even sent them a clarification email explaining the model was used and sent pics of the used model. I offered to buy the 3 parts but they’re sending them free of charge. In my experience, their customer service is still top-notch and very responsive.

I've found they take a few weeks to get back but always deliver. Likely small support staff that work really hard.

It’s never been weeks for me. I’ve submitted 3 requests total and all were approved within days and I got the requested items in about a week.
So the replacement has bent guns too and you're trying to get a replacement for the replacement?
I dunno if they're going to mail you a third Bomber.

Problem there is that if I break it myself trying to straighten it, I fear they wouldn't be so quick in replacing it for me.

Yes, so far I have used their customer service a few times and was never given cause for complaint until now. In the past they've been awesome.

You can always just send them a photo of how it looked before you tried fixing it. If you break it they won't know, and even if you tell them they still shipped it to you in poor condition. If they send a new one out to you you can do whatever to the old one

It just arrived today. Unfortunately the tail gun is broken off. And the lower turret is also bent like the first one. Hope they're willing to send a another one...

And the replacement's replacement came just now. Tail gun is also broken. If this keeps up I am going to have the biggest collection of broken Resistance Bombers.....seriously, who do they get to pack these things?
this is interesting. a couple guys in my play group have had issues with new ships right out of the box snapping pegs and parts not attached. FFG has denied all of the replacement requests from them as of late.

maybe its a "screen accurate" variant? all kidding aside that sucks a lot. Hopefully they make it right with some extra acrylic tokens or something.
Is it something that you can glue together?
