Does anyone know of any UK stores with the game kit in stock- seems hard to get here and Amazon wants £73 for the core book - there's no way I'm paying that much for a £28 (usd to gbp not allowing for tax/postage) book - seems a rip off even for tax/postage when suppliers out of stock are charging £34, seems way too hard to get FFG games in England!

I'm in Hungary, but I ordered the book from GamesLore (and indeed, the book is out there, as I see now). I got some Star Wars dice recently from the US Amazon, and the sending wasn't even terrible. Maybe there? Price is 45 GBP for the Genesys CB (about 32 quid, so close to the price you stated?). Dice are $20 (so, 14 GBP). Don't know if that's reasonable for you? Wackily, Star Wars dice are cheaper! Sending price I assume is better to you than to me here in Hungary. That's what I sometimes do if things run out elsewhere (to wit, I bought Force and Destiny from US Amazon, iirc).

I think someones jumped on the Spirit Games and Madhouse options- all gone at the moment after your recommendations but thanks, I may dive in and buy it from FFG, wasn't too awful when I got some of the Descent kit from them direct!
Was going to be £62.40 from FFG with postage (eek), book more expensive on US Amazon so thinking could be as bad/worse with postage (not sure what they charge from US supplier to UK)
Thirsty Meeples' website says it's in stock so ordered for a respectful £33 incl. UK delivery, not sure if they have dice though- will let you know how I get on, will be very happy with £33.

UK has a German supplier listed, so again could be pricier postage, and maybe a free UK postage one too, I'll see what TM reply re dice (I've asked) then that's an option if I'm stuck or it's cheaper, I guess as well the range is fairly new which could explain the apparent limited UK availability.
The entry says they are fulfilled by Amazon and eligible for Prime, so no postage costs if you have that.
Yay! Core book arrived this morning (Tuesday) and I only ordered it on Sunday, impressive, nice work Thirsty Meeples. Now just need the dice and the Terrinoth source book when it's out.
Still not going with Amazon for the dice- too expensive (same supplier that wanted £73.97 for the core book I got delivered for £33, an extortionate more than double the cost, their dice price seems similarly bloated to me, think they're trying to overcharge due to limited suppliers at the moment, or getting such small quantities in they can't compete on cost - reckon you'd get a better deal elsewhere and this seller's price is way too high, moral of the story it pays to check various reliable suppliers to avoid overpaying).
If it turns out TM can do the dice they'll likely be a fairer price or I'll keep looking if not, also asked my FLGS- prefer supporting the FLGS' anyway as they're key to the gaming community.
