Hello, can i play Call the Vanguard on E-web Enginner and use only the attack part?

I would suppose so. You're not forced to make the movement.

In fact, looking at the E-Web wording, it apparently is only a limitation on it's activation. Seemingly you should be able to use Call to move and shoot with the E-Web.

Anyway, with Call the Vanguard the E-Web can perform a move and perform an attack in the order of its controller's choice. You don't need to spend any of the movement points gained from performing the move if you don't want to.

Tripod only applies to the E-Web's activation, which Call the Vanguard doesn't provide.
