I've never encountered that site before, but considering that I can't see the price of the supposedly on sale C-ROC without moving into checkout irks me. One should be able to know how much the sale is for.
I see the MSRP value is slashed, but no indication how much it is.

That's not all that uncommon for things on sale, I've seen Bestbuy and Amazon do similar things around black friday. But it seems like it's $42.99, judging by the fact that it tells me I need $57.01 more to qualify for free shipping.
Ive never had a problem with CSI. Same as MiniatureMarket I suppose

I've see Cool Stuff do this often. You can always not complete checking out or just delete that item from your cart, but there sales have been good.

Coolstuffinc is the largest game store on the internet, aside from maybe miniaturemarket. its not a fake site

This is an FFG thing, part of their war against online retailers. I cannot even list a used FFG product for sale on Amazon without a permission letter from FFG.

Sadly the "war on online retailers" as pretty much destroyed a lot of my interest in the game. I don't get to play enough that I want to pay full MSRP for everything so I try waiting for things to be on sale. The problem then becomes that if only one thing is on sale I really don't save enough to be worth getting then either.

Same here, my purchases have gone way down as well. I mourned the day FFG were bought out by foreign investment bankers, and it's only been downhill since then.
Same as the above 2. I buy like 90% online. Never play at a store so I don’t owe them anything. Since the online attack my spending has plummeted, where I used to buy 30+ ships a year I buy maybe 7-10. Ah well saves money for other things that aren’t strong armed by brick and mortar.

To be honest, I'm not even sure what that means anymore. One of my favorite hobby shops closed its high-visibility strip mall location and moved into a dump of a building because "we do more sales online anyways."
So, Amazon is one thing, but online doesn't mean you are not supporting the little guy.
I guess in the long run I need to support FFG to keep this game alive. . .and that is not impacted by my retail outlet.
And because I scored them for $42.99, I bought 2 more to repaint, so I've moved more product for FFG.

Come at me when the Resistance Bomber is on sale. My "at least one of everything" policy came to a screeching halt with that thing. I don't have much of an issue with X-wing's prices for the most part. $15 for a Gunboat is a pretty sweet deal really when you compare it to some dumb Funco Pop or whatever. But no way can I justify $40 for one of those BS Bombers.

Me neither...I have a friend who know how much I love flying my Punishers and gave me a copy of Trajectory Stimulator to try and assist my uphill slog. I hope one day they go on a super sale too.

Ditto. Never liked the look of it, and now that I've seen the movie and realize that it does nothing but blow up I'm even less excited about it. It will be a PIA to store, I mostly play Empire, and there was more than enough other stuff to buy. But it's the first time ever I didn't get the full wave.
