Not everybody has access to full Adobe Acrobat (which seems to be requirement for saving the form-fillable PDFs), so I made one in Excel. Just sharing to save others work.

Oh, of course. Pretty trivial to create, but getting the dice to show up took some formula work that others might not want to do.

There's a fair few free PDF viewers that will save form fillable PDFs. Foxit is a popular one.

Excellent work regardless though, options are always good to have.
