I'm probably overthinking this or misinterpreting this card, but do you need only 1 copy of this card?

Ex: MC80 with MC Exodus title with range of a MC30. MC30 activates and exhausts MC80 title for engineering points.

OR do both ships need the title in order to use it? Also if the first statement example is true can other ships such as the CR90 benefit from this card or strictly MC only ships can benefit from this?

You need a min of 2 copy's, it says another copy of this card

As slasher956 says, you need at least 2, because to activate the effect, the ship where you will use it must have the card to trigger it and it needs another ship with the card to exhaust and fulfill the requirement

Yes. A ship equipped with the title picks a different ship with the title as well, and exhausts THAt one.

note that your own copy can be exhausted already when you do that.

You can resolve the other title though

e.g. 2 exodus coming at you. you want to hurt the first one. so you ms-1 the second exodus to exhaust it. The first exodus now cannot work(no another card to exhaust)

hitting both/all of them means none can work, but you already knew that
