I have a question related to Far Horizon rules (page 81) regarding business and homestead. I have two players in my group really interested in making business.... like everywhere they land! It's really fascinating to see how they try to sail in the sea of opportunity. Taking this in consideration, I wanted to offer them a concrete mechanic: a business, as a formal investor firm.
The only problem I foresee is that there is only 2 players interested. Should I use the business rules and only involve in the obligation (and benefit like NPCs and skill focus) these two character? What happen if 2 or more characters want to open a Repair shop? or a blue/green milk farm?
I want to offer a good solution to my players, but I don't want to make the game unplayable or make a rule that will eventually break the game. Thanks for the answers!
