okay so i found a useful (ish) site that contain most if not all the attachments available for lightsabers (SW rpg index) but fail to mention what they do and the mods available on them please help

All of their stats and mods are listed in the books. That site is basically just a quick index resource if you're looking for something specific. It'll tell you what book (initials) and page number to find the details.

Reproducing text from the books in full would basically be plagarism, and posting it somewhere free of charge would take money from FFG (since people don't need to buy the books to get the information). Star Wars is already a pretty spendy license to hold (Wizards of the Freaking Coast either lost it or declined to keep paying for it, depending on who you believe), there's Mouse Empire lawyers to consider, and we're all pretty well invested in keeping FFG running and being able to make wonderful Star Wars products for us.
