The Armada BattleScribe files are fully up to date with all Wave 7 content. For those of you already using BattleScribe, all you've got to do is update your data.

The unreleased cards still have a dagger symbol (†) to differentiate them. I figured that might be handy during Regionals season. I'll do another update to strip those marks out on the release date. Please let me know if you see any errors or typos and I'll make sure they are addressed in that update.

If you aren't using BattleScribe, its a free generic army list building program that can be customized to support just about any miniature war game. In addition to working on the Armada files, I maintain the files for Legion and X-Wing. To use it, you need to download both the program and the files specific to the games you play.

If you want to check it out, you can get the mobile app in the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS), the desktop app at battlescribe.net, and data files for dozens of different war games (including my files for Armada, Legion, and X-Wing) at battlescribedata.appspot.com

I posted another update removing the dagger marks. Next time your data asks to update, let it and you'll get the clean version with everything released. You could also update manually, though there are no other changes, so it may not be worth the trouble.

There seems to be an issue with Strategic Adviser where the option to include him keeps disappearing....

What do you mean by disappearing? Is it becoming unselected once you pick it? Or is it not showing up when it is supposed to?

Don't forget that it is only allowed on large ships, so it won't show up as an officer option for other size ships (but it shouldn't be there in the first place, so you should never notice it "disappearing").

If you can give me a little more detail, I can probably fix it, but for now I can't seem to recreate the problem.

Placed it on a legal ship. Decided to change it for something different. Now the option is gone altogether. Looks like if you drop him, it just disappears entirely.

Hey - I'm just realizing I never followed up with you on this. I tried a bunch of things to recreate it and never could. If it's still happening, send me a PM and lets try to hash it out.

I just updated the BattleScribe files for today's errata. It usually takes anywhere from 4 to 10 hours for the new data to go live on the battlescribedata.appspot.com after I submit it, so try updating your data later today. If you don't get new data, wait a few hours and try again. It should all be there.

Awesome. This all originally came up when I was off work for a little while with a new baby. I wasn't really sleeping much and I was worried I lost track of it.

Any idea when the SSD will be on Battlescribe?
