Even if the fans think RW will last, it doesn’t mean the stores think that. I’ve seen RW almost entirely clearanced out at my local gaming store and that’s after it was moved to the very bottom-most shelf. This same store also clearanced out GuildBall, which is another minis game with a mild following that they used to make shelf space for. FFG has to be taking note of the lower than average stock orders.

FFG’s recent batreps aren’t enough to boost sales at this point.

Woth Disney’s Elite action figure series competing right alongside the long-running Hasbro Black Series and with Disney threatening to pull the video game license from EA, it’s very obvious that Disney expects big results or they’ll shift product from slumping companies. This is a big departure from the LFL days. If FFG doesn’t deliver big on Legion, Disney could very easily pull Star Wars from the FFG roster. FFG knows this and their whole production right now is Legion.
