what a blast. got my a** handed to me. 1 player had played before and new the rules. Came at me right away while using two open trade route cards to make friends with new players. I fought with him for awhile, two new players built nice armys. In the end the player who new the game won by getting his 6th rune from a season card. He was maybe one turn away from being destroyed by the new guys who figured the game out. Next week! we will have four veterans, will see what happens then. By the way ... bring at least 3 12ers of good beer to last a four player game. you will need it. We ran out and turned to whisky.... no wonder I lost.

How many hours did the game take?

almost 4, probably more like 3 and a half if you minus smoke breaks.

I was one of the new guys that game. But I agree it is always better to have too much beer then not enough. That mistake wont happen again. As far as the game is concerned, it is great. I am now hooked. I wish i had time to play more than once a week.

Some people dont get to play Runewars at all Ty. Your going to get beat up again on thurs.
