Like this idea. No idea about this in a 100/6 game. Played one Cinematic Game ages ago against one of this, and it was a good one. One highly modified Hwk capable of many Covert Ops roles. VIP extraction, Commando insertion, Recon, etc. Giving new life to old workhorses.

Collision Detector will improve your Decloak options in a warzone with above average number of obstacles. Sensor Jammer will aid staying alive a little bit longer. And even better you can equip Do It Yourself System upgrades related to the specific mission depicted.

Thinking a little about this and Epic. Thanks for sharing this idea, If I am not wrong, my buddy found this homebrewed title in this forum.

I'd slap that on Jan Ors so hard! Could it even be broken?

yea, my support ship that makes all her friends just a tad bit more deadly now has 4 evade dice, ignores rocks, has nein numb so she moves fast enough to keep up, and will most likely take a focus she will only use on defense.

Maybe a point too cheap? Cloaking device is 2pt but it may break. Therefore this title is worth more. So the system shot is for free basically.

Make it 4pts and add a second red die

As said, I think not suitable for 100/6. But a Recon Run under Cloak or aproaching a LZ could be one interesting idea. Titles are one quick mechanic to add some spice to the game. Think about that modified "civil" crafts flying from Norway or Turkey during the Cold War.

4 Green dices plus System is not a bad combo.

I mean, it’s better than cloaking Device, but it’s also only for the HWK. I’d keep the cost, but maybe restrict it to Rebel Only, since the Scum HWKs are arguably competitive.

As in the other HWK-290 thread going on, you can cloak and use Cikatro Vizago to change out you illicit and keep your cloak token. (But you are permanently cloaked.)

if you gave me that title with Jan Ors, I can guarantee you I'd eff up some 100/6 games. Jan Ors is my lady! Others got Miranda, Jess, or Norra... me and Jan, we do things together, explosive things.

Cikatro is 0, but you lose your crew.

Perhaps add a rule that if you remove a Cloaking token, you remove the card as well.

This means it's a more reliable Scum Cloaking Device - instead of being a ship that cloaks repeatedly and briefly, it's a ship that can approach under cloak but the device is explicitly single-use.

I'm also not really convinced by the System Slot - don't get me wrong, I get it thematically, but that's either Jammer to make the thing as hard to hit as a Phantom, or it's FCS or Accuracy Corrector to let the TLT shoot better. Neither feels quite right on a sneaky recon ship.

What about:

Covert Ops Fit (2pts)
HWK -290 only. Title.

You may add the Cloak action to your upgrade bar. If you remove the Cloak token, discard this card.
You may equip the Advanced Sensors or Long Range Sensors upgrade cards, paying their cost as normal.
