Correct, if you miss with the first shot, you can use Vader, then use Gunner, then (if you still have room for the damage) use Vader again.

I'm not sure what you're asking in respect to Harpoons though. Vader's damage doesn't trigger the condition, if it's that.

You can Vader twice with gunner if the first shot misses.

I don't think you can trigger a Harpoon with Vader though. Going from memory but I believe the Harpooned card says "when you are hit by an uncanceled crit". That is not the same thing as "suffer a critical damage" from Vader.

Also, you didn't ask about it but I notice you have Kylo in your list. Just FYI in casr you didnt know, Vader cannot trigger I'll Show You the Dark Side either. ISYTDS specifies taking a critical from an attack. Vader triggers AFTER an attack and as such will not activate the condition.

This is not a rule thing but we can also say that having Expose + Kylo + Engine Upgrade is probably way too much point into additional action ...

I know it's not a list-thread, but that Expose is weak. It's better to get to both Focus and reroll type modifications than it is to have only one type of dice mods (RAC's ability, for example) and adding a die. That is, RAC is better off with taking a Target Lock than performing Expose in almost every situation. Going Expose/Experimental Interface isn't bad (so you could TL and then use Expose), but if you wanted to keep Engine Upgrade, it'd be a lot stronger to switch to VI/Dauntless or Predator.
