Thinking about regionals lists is getting mind numbing, with everything bleeding into everything. On a whim, I was curious if you could combine aspects of the 2+3, or whatever kids are calling it these days, and by ditching the flotillae get the best of both worlds... Amazingly most of the important pieces fit. Which makes me wonder if people aren't valuing activation spam via flotillae just a bit too much... Anyways, getting everyone in the list reminds me of Gary Oldman in The Professional so I'll just exit with that.
