Had a bit of a question for all of you, Do you think Kallenn would be considered a villian for the purposes of the nemises deck?

Villains are unique imperial deployment cards. I don't remember the mission rule introducing Kallen. If that rule states Kallen is a unique imperial figure then he can be considered as a villain.

No, because Kallen doesn't correspond to a unique deployment card, he's just an Imperial Officer with a different name and special rules.

A "Villain" is a keyword and has very precise definition in the RRG, so unfortunately no as much thematic as it sounds he's not a villain
