Hey guys, last year's Store Championships bye cards say they're valid for a Regionals Championship through February 2018. If your local Regionals is in, for example, March, can it still be used?

The store cards are for the regionals 2017/2018. And even if there is written through February i assume they are for all regionals, even for these in March.
