The rewards for the Rebels list "any non-unique ally". Can this include elite allies, or only the regular versions?

· Elite Deployment cards share the same name as regular
Deployment cards. When a figure is called out by name (for
example, "Stormtrooper"), this refers to both regular and elite
versions of this figure.

Rebel Allies said:

· If an ally has both a regular and elite Deployment card, only
the regular card can be used as an ally. If an ally is rewarded to
the heroes and the heroes have already earned that ally, they
can use either the elite or regular Deployment card.

So, if you earn e.g. "Rebel Trooper" ally once, you get the regular version.
