With the genius/ts nerf, I think the playing field just got a little more even. I still think Nymranda is a 9 out of 10 as far as list viability. But now you can actually fly around Nym. How does this change what everyone is going to fly? I am thinking Dash/Poe is a really a good counter now.
Preparing for Nymiranda

I think Nym now shifts back to Advanced Sensors and use the initiative bid to pay for it.
Dash - except Lonewolf Dash - loses against 2 TLTs, and definitely loses against a single Sabine bomb a turn. Nym has no problem whatsoever closing to range 1 on Dash each turn, and Poe either cassies BB-8 and gets flattened by bombs, or carries R2-D2 and isn't fast enough to catch Miranda before time is called.
It's still a meta monster, but at least this time FFG isn't waiting a year to start the remedy.
I personally think either LRS harpoon Gunboats, massive ion control via TIE/D Y-wing and Aggressor or RAClo are the answers.
I think that if I was going to run Dash against them I'd do something like this:
Dash Rendar (36)
Expert Handling (2)
"Mangler" Cannon (4)
Outrider (5)
AP-5 (15)
Inspiring Recruit (1)
R2 Astromech (1)
Pulsed Ray Shield (2)
Ello Asty (30)
Crack Shot (1)
Flight-Assist Astromech (1)
Primed Thrusters (1)
Black One (1)
Total: 100
This way both Dash and Ello Asty can shed target locks and AP-5 can co-ordinate them to get the tokens/positioning they need.

I don't think I agree with this. Jousting them becomes way more feasible without TS.
^Exactly. There will be a lot of lists happy to joust. I'd expect Nymranda to return to bomb and kite strategies.

So, the only Dash I have seen around in ages is Lone Wolf Dash. And two damage per turn is not equal to what HLC can put out. Shedding target locks with Poe and countermeasures make harpoons manageable. The only thing left to reall be concerned about all of the time is bombs. Which, are a huge concern. Flanking from the side and blocking Miranda at any time seem the best options as far as flying. I do also agree that multiple ships with harpoons, Nu’s and Rho’s, should be very viable.
Miranda beats Dash. She can easily close the gap to R1 every single turn, often without using SLAM. Over time she'll just wear Dash down until he's dead. Nym is even worse - especially Advanced Sensors Nym (who is probably coming back) - since he will always be at R1 of Dash, no matter what he does, and can shrug off Poe until Dash is dead.
Dash is still going to be an obvious target for missiles, even when paired with Black One, since the very use of Black One nagates Dash's strongest defensive boon - Lone Wolf.
Dash/Poe is fantastic in the current meta, but, sadly, is ultimately inferior to the combined might of TLTs, Sabine Bombs, Regen and SLAM...
