Not that I believe that, that's just what the argument is. Every [Rule] X keyword has a digit in its rules text matching X, so it's pretty clear to me the intent is those digits always correspond to your total value for X.

My argument states there is no point in debating the rules since we don't have access to the RRG. Just because one rule set for another game does not have additive keywords does not mean will follow the same theme.

I think i'll trust the article that literally says they combine. FFG articles have been wrong before, but there's no other point in having Weiss so we can safely assume this is a thing.

Even if the RRG isnt clear, it will quite obviously be errata'd so this works because that's literally the entire point of the card at this time.
