Was just wondering if you both have your own Morty.

So tonight or tomorrow I'm thinking we'll be flying these lists - are they fair and balanced to each other? Who do you think will win? I thought Rebel Captive on Oicunn would be too much so I switched to Mara Jade.

So Mrs. Rick has taken the crown as best X-Wing player in my house hold. She killed it at CaC finishing 3rd place overall, and I finished in the 20s. She has gotten really good at 3BQD, though I've beat her once with my Vynder/Delta/QD list and once with Boba/Asajj. But she usually wins when she runs that list.

We're going to play again tonight, and I'm going to fly a slightly modified version of Boba/Asajj that has a little more punch to it.

I won!

She wants a rematch.

Having read through your accounts of "playing x-wing with Ms Rick on date-night", I am left to conclude she is a figment of your imagination! Or you are a liar, Sir!

And the great thing is, when I beat her it fuels her competitive spirit and she wants a rematch. She experimented twice with GC instead of LRS on her 4BQD list - it didn't go so well for her. I jousted the first game and it was over quick. Second game she fanned out, got a good block and brought Boba down to 1 HP left. He ran away for the rest of the game and I managed to take out QD and 1 boat for the win. It was interesting to see a block line up two GC backed Harpoons.

She really doesn't like the range 1-2 restriction of LRS, but I think she's going back to it anyways.

What crew should I put on Boba Fett?

I do not want to change ANYTHING else about this list, I know the conventional reasoning is to make points for HotShot CoPilot on Boba, but I've tried it and I like Dengar better for Asajj.

So There are 3 points free. I have been running Outlaw Tech and Tractor Beam Cannon on Boba, and both are situational but when the situation arises they are both VERY handy. I use Outlaw once a game at least, and it makes a big difference. The Cannon is once every 2-3 games, but it usually puts something on a rock that was going to really hurt one of my ships. If I dropped the Cannon I'd be at 99 points for when facing Miranda.... but even then to I want initiative to shoot first and put her on a rock or do I want to not have initiative to move last so it's harder for her to run away?

If I got K4 droid on Boba that would be nice for when I'm shooting in range 2-3... but that feel defeating/gimped when you consider the whole point of this build it to get into range one.

I think you need to have a way to stress Rey or double-stress Jan to keep her from using her ability.

I understand you want to use R1 for all it's benefits, but how about Flechette Cannon/Tactician/Black Market Slicer Tools? You still have the benefits of Fearlessness/Boba's R1 bonuses and have a nice effect at R2 as well.

The obvious choice for me would be Dengar, but that one is taken. Which is fine I think.

I feel like K4 is not that good on the Firespray due to lack of green.

But I have two cards left to propose: a) tail gunner since it helps you abuse your rear arc , b) recon specialist since you get a Focus each for offense and defense

Also an option, K4 and the lancer dial seem to fit quite well.

K4 is great but it has such an influence on your decision making process. If I have it on Asajj I won't slow roll, and if I have it on Boba I won't go fast.
