Need help to find a competitive balanced list (New player)

Hi, I am a new X-Wing player and Ineed your help to find a balanced list which could do well against most of the matchups but I do not know where to start from a competitive point o f view...

So I will maybe start with the aesthetic aspect: I really like Lambda, Falcon and Decimator designs :)

Play the first couple things that look cool to you.

Try to learn from every game and seek out losses.

Starter pack x-wing + 2 Tie / Lambda shutle / Falcon

I saw these two lists on an X-wing ranking site, they seem really cool, which one is the best?

List 1:

Captain Yorr (Lambda-class Shuttle) + Collision Detector + Emperor Palpatine

The Inquisitor (TIE Adv. Prototype) +TIE/v1 +Autothrusters E + push the Limit

"Quickdraw" (TIE/sf Fighter) + Special Ops Training + Sensor Cluster + Fire-Control System + Lightweight Frame + Veteran Instincts

List 2:

Resistance Sympathizer (YT-1300) + Engine Upgrade + Gunner + Rey

Resistance Sympathizer (YT-1300) + Millennium Falcon + Engine Upgrade + Gunner + C-3PO

The dual YT-1300 list will be easier to handle and more forgiving to mistakes. You won't need to manage arcs (outside of maybe trying to dodge a few). Personally I would change the flavor and look at using counter measures/glitterstim etc over engine upgrade. With the low PS Engine upgrade is really only going to help to set-up a block or sneak behind asteroids or gain speed.

With your collection, here is something you could fly (proxying some cards):

Han Solo

Integrated Astromech

Advanced Proton Torpedos

Han can either boost to get out of arc or Evade, which, combined with C-3PO, is really defensive. Rey lets you bank focuses to combine with Han's ability.

Luke doesn't need to focus ever, because he has passive eye mods. He can just take Target Locks, or, if you wanted to ditch the torps and put of Vectored Thrusters, barrel roll. Another fun option is R2-D2 crew on Han instead of C-3PO (which I like), and Flight Assist Astromech on Luke, because then he will basically always have a shot, and is free to Target Lock.
