I played my first few games of Runewars last night and really enjoyed it.

Most all the rules I think I have down, except a clarification on Activation Tokens.

I know you can only Activate an area where you have no friendly activation tokens, the question is can I activate and area that contains a Enemy Activation token? Or does an Enemy Activation token act as a block?

You can activate an area with an enemy Activation token; activation tokens only affect the person to whom they belong.

In fact, activating such an area can often be wise, because you know that the other player won't be able to attack you back (unless they have the Favor of the Warriors Guild tactics card) until next year.
