Like the title says, we as a community need to stay positive. I know it's not easy with lack of any word from FFG. FFG seems to be a company where the employees are spread thin and the focus right now is on the cash cow that is Star Wars. That doesn't mean Runewars is forgotten or dead. I for one am taking this time to catch up on painting and prepping for Store Championship in a few weeks.

So please let's not dwell on the lack of news or reports of seeing product on clearance. Heck, product on clearance can help grow the game. Potential players may be more likely to pick it up at a reduced price.

Agreed, runewars is brand new, and may not be moving fast right now, but take a look at how many units are in reprint right now, they clearly havnt given up on us if they still are printing product.

Also, keep playing in the open at stores. It took me 1 1/2 years to go play armada at a store, the community was 3 and now it's 9. Runewars likewise was just 3 and we're up to 5 plus a half dozen others I've seen buy the game but not come in for play nights.

Stay positive, runewars has a long road ahead.

This applies to so many areas of humanity its ridiculous.

But in the Runewars: TMG context, I am extremely positive. After only playing with Josh for months, we now have grown our community from the two of us to 6 steady people, and there are about 3 more on top of that who have the game and we are trying to work them in on a regular night.

The lack of news may be scary, but I know the Mouse gets his first, then comes FFG's labor of love (RW:TMG).
