It's a bad sign for all non-english regions.... at least in Germany the main distributor (Asmodee Germany) has ZERO in stock... I have a very, very bad feeling about this...
I've order one of anything, pre Snowtrooper and Veers and although I'd like all of it at one time, the Core will be fine. As I have a mate who has tons of the WoTC stuff we can practice with

How do you know about the Asmodee Germany Stock?
My Birthday on 27th Jan.
I have 1 of everything ordered...if it releases/arrives before then I might just give it all to the wife to wrap up as a Bday present....not sure ill last though, might have to go present hunting!!

You just need a store that orders directly from Asmodee Germany (formerly Heidelberger Spieleverlag) and they can see in the B2B online shop "stock" is shown as zero. Simple as that.

Asmodee Germany "confirmed" Spring 2018 ... that could mean anything from now to May. :S They don't know if a world wide simultaneous release will be possible... bummer!
Waylandgames provides a release date 77 days from now (https://www.waylandgames.co.uk/star-wars/46097-star-wars-legion-core-set)
Quick calculation brings this to 29th of March.
