I feel like the rebel trooper equivalent to the snowtroopers should be coming soon right? This can't be just the snow terrain version of the empire and we won't get it for rebels right? What do you think we will see? When do you think we will see it? (It has been a LONG time from the snowtrooper announcement)

2 1/2 weeks with a holiday break in the middle = a long time?

Man, you're in for some disappointment.........

I thought they might be announced last Friday but they had the "Battlefield Recon" preview article instead. I think there's a good chance that in the next week or two we will see an announcement for Rebel counterparts to General Veers and the Snowtroopers. I think FFG wants to have Legion-related news almost every week up until the core set releases, and want players of both factions to have something new to look forward to even as they play their first games with the core set.

As an aside, the General Veers and Snowtrooper expansions were updated to "At the Printer" today. With any luck there's some Rebel stuff being printed too...

I know, I kind of wished that legion would have launched during the holiday season so I could get my grubby little hands on it even earlier, but I can wait for a game this good... (At least it looks really good)

Yeah I was really hoping it would be Hoth rebel troopers when I saw the thumbnail for the latest news. I want to know so that I can see if I need to plan for Hoth terrain or not.

I think we'll see something this week or next probably on a Friday. I'm pretty anxious myself. I feel like if they are rebel hoth equivalents, they will have some kind of defensive advantage/boost.

We have seen pretty much all of the game mechanics previewed so there is a good chance that this friday is rebel expansion day. I'm hoping to see them too so I can get list building and deciding on empire or rebel.

I think it would be cool / likely that they would release a general leia moddle soon seen as she is such a key member or the rebellion and one of the main original cast .

Also I can't see them doing rebel hoth miniatures but I think that ewoks would add nicely to the starter set

I am pretty sure we will be seeing rebel hoth troopers. No way ffg would release one half of the most iconic ground battle in Star wars without releasing the other side as well. I am sure we will see endor in the future but hoth is where it is at right now.
