Timewalk Asajj

By DanteStorm, in X-Wing Squad Lists

A friend of mine told me about Timewalk Asajj (I think that's what he called her), which is an Asajj with LW/Lattz/Glitter/CM and after reading @Tbetts94 post, I got curious, I usually run her with PTL/Lattz/Crane/CM and she's really powerful, but I do love Lone Wolf and was wondering how this ship is supposed to fly, do you focus every turn and use Latts evade plus re-roll defensively? Do you evade? I'm guess you have to avoid jousting and try to go from the side to never have to spend your action turning arc.... I'm gonna try her next to Expertise/K4 Dengar next time I play but was looking for some tips on how she's supposed to fly from anyone with experience.

Thank you.

If I'm flying Lone Wolf on any 2-agility ship, I usually like to Focus, for general flexibility. Strong defensively with the blank rerolls, but it can also be tasked towards offense. On Asajj, I think I'd consider taking an Evade if I know I won't get to trigger Lone Wolf (say you've drifted too close to Dengar). Clearly, if it's a turn you think you'll Glittersim, you'd want to Evade (or maybe you use Glitters to cover an arc-rotate turn if you need to).

That's not huge on-table experience. I did fly a Lone Wolf/RecSpec Dengar with a PTL Asajj once, and it didn't feel that special. Kinda seemed like I didn't get to use my rerolls enough, but then that's putting LW on a different ship, and only really one game invested in the build.
