I just bought a TIE Defender from B&N, and after I opened it I noticed that 3 of the wing tip guns were deformed or missing. There were no broken pieces in the box. Would contacting FFG get me a new model?

The force is strong with the derpfender.
My Defender from the Imperial Veterans set broke straight away out of the box. The part that the peg goes into snapped off. I already had 3 Defenders, so I have just used one of them, but my red one is unusable, do that sucks.

Magnets! I unpacked a Gunboat before noticing that a cannon was broken. Got a new one in less than a week. Customer support is usually very robust about such things.
FFG has a form to fill out on there web site. You list what is wrong and provide so pics... about 2 weeks later a replacement arrives.

Take some pictures and contact support. FFG support is excellent and already replaced 2 of my defected minis.

Good to hear they treat the X-Wing customers well. If you get a bad Destiny die, you are screwed.
