I am unable to attend regionals this year but a friend of mine who is going is looking to get some practice in. He tells me he is running Talonebane, Fenn, and Torani Kulda. I have no idea what his upgrades will be but I need a list that will give him a run for his money. All ships and upgrades are available for this although no necessarily multiples of everything (but most). Give me your lists folks, I'm thinking high PS or ships that don't rely on actions

Bombs are a good counter to Scum aces, especially action based mines.
