Hmm... What's your meta look like? (I assume you're flying against other 75 point builds)
For starters, I would trade Sabine's hull and Horton's dorsal to get him a Twin Laser Turret. The Range of TLT meshes beautifully with his pilot ability.

Drop Vectored Thrusters and use Flight-Assist Astromech. It should trigger in many of the situations you would need Vectored Thrusters for range control, and for 1 less point you get more options in both repositioning and other upgrades. It also frees up your action to focus more often. Since Flight Assist doesn’t allow attacks out of arc, you might as well add BTL title for more attacks.
Change Sabine to Rex. 1 more point saved (get to that later) and an ability that will keep your Y’s alive longer.
Change Dutch to Gold Squadron. The only thing Dutch really contributes to this list is pilot skill. His pilot ability only helps Horton for Range 1 attacks, and Sabine (or Rex) isn’t going to be transformed into a killer by an occasional free lock. Gold Squadron frees up even more points.
What do you do with the 8 points saved by my suggestions? Spend them on another TLT (accounting for the net cost difference between Autoblaster Turret and TLT) and a bomb for each Y-wing. The
The result is a 3 ship list for 75 points that debuffs enemy offense, rolls up to 7 attacks per round and threatens anything that tries to get behind it.

I would recommend against Flight Assist Astro unless you are also going to add the BTL title because that droid says you cannot fire out of arc. A real bummer when you just paid 6 points for a turret.
