Howdy folks. I have maybe 8 matches under my belt. Mostly loses ha ha. Any help would be appreciated on my list for a upcoming casual tourney.

I think I would favour JerJerrod over Ozzel. For only a few more points you get a lot more turning particularly at fast speeds.

Expanded launchers is expensive on the GSD so APTs or ACMs saves you a good chunk. If the enemy is bracing anyway the extra face up or extra 2 adjacent shield damage probably is equal in value to the extra 2 dice worth of normal damage that just gets halved.

You could swap the ISD to an ISD1 to save points as you wish to get in close anyway to use the BTs.

Raiders are ok. with the points saved above you could add a title and Agent Kallus to the one with Flechettes.

Fighters: With no intel and a light fighter force I don't think Mauler will get you more than one ram assuming you get to jump them rather than the other way round. You could swap a raider for a Comms net Gozanti and with the savings above this could boost your fighter force by 20-30 points. Howlrunner, 4 interceptors, Valen could be nasty, possibly with an escort squadron in there too to take the sting out of enemy's first punch.

With Boarding Trooper Avenger and only 4 activations, you might want a bigger bid for 1st player.

Minefields could also be trouble if you face an enemy with Strategic Squadrons.

I'll second that. DON'T bring objectives like Planetary Ion Cannon or Minefields without something to move the tokens with. Otherwise, you will find your own mines thrown right in the BTVenger's path...(besides, Lambdas may not be cheap, but they are the best relays in game)

Thanks for the help folks. Here is my new list.

Only potential issue I see with the revised list is that your ISD is going to be the primary squad pusher, flagship, and trying to pull off btvenger. Its gonna be hard to decide on its dials as ita gonna want everything all at once.

If it has a nav token, squad token, squad dial it will be pretty flexible that turn... Throw in Hondo here to really lock it in.

The updated list is very tight, I like it.

My only suggestion would be to fit Jendon / or a Lambda in there, that Relay is going to come in handy when your 3 combat ships are chasing things down. If you replace the TIE/A with Saber, drop Intel Officer on Demo, but go to ER on the Raider you'll still be at 390.

With Howlrunner+Jendon Saber can snipe Jan Ors or Dengar for 5 blue die TWICE (potentially with one re-roll each attack), likely resulting in a very untimely death for your opponents Intel squadron. Then your squads will be free to lock up with whoever, removing that weakness from your list.

Yes! I like that Eliteone. What if I drop another interceptor and put Hondo on the gozanti then add Tua and ecm to the ISD ?
