Decks for Legacies

By Darth_Caliginos, in Star Wars: Destiny

With all of the new cards that are coming out in Legacies I am wondering what ideas deck wise you all had, I have some ideas but I am curious to know what you all are thinking. Thanks!

Since she grew up a bit and lost her old dance partner I was thinking of pairing 2P Phasma with Boba. Both have specials which makes battlefield choice easy, Throne room, and with two of the new red weapons, Auto Cannon and Kallus BO-Rifle, there is enough 3 and 4 sides to make Bobas special a much more consistant high damage roll.

I'm interested in trying out Yoda for mill. eYoda/eJarJar/Jedha Partisan (or Rose for red and leadership).

Watched a Rainbow Mill that was eYoda/Padme/Rookie Pilot. Pilot is mostly there to Guardian, Fort Anaxes as Battlefield, or to remove their die for Caution or Negotiate. Yoda of course can focus and mill as well as allows Force Meditation in the deck. Padme has her innate mill but brings some mitigation and can bring cards like Cunning and Maz's Googles to the deck. With Rookie you can also have 3PO to guarantee your specials or to get other sides you may need, make the pilots +2 a 2 discard, and brings Scout which empties your opponents hand even more.

JarJar is just way to much of a liability in that deck. You get exactly what you want, lets say Yoda special/Shield a Meditation special and a Meditation shield, they simply force JarJar to activate and there goes your setup. Yes he can help you and can hurt your opponent but besides being a panic button he brings nothing else to the deck.

If nothing else he wastes your opponent's turn. No really, I want to run JarJar two dice for negotiate, loth cat mouse, double cross, and all the remove one of your own die shenanigans. It will be FUN lol. And Yoda also gets an ambush Impulsive yellow event to resolve his 2 focus. Blue has Patience that removes dice to discard as well. Secret Mission is also great. I literally can't wait.

And can you imagine second chance on JarJar?
