To be honest in the first round when everything has one upgrade this will be absolutely devestating, especially since you essentially get two upgrades with Vader. And it’s a good bones to work with just add a fighter screen and maybe a gozanti Witt your last 100 points and you should have a pretty solid list.
Normally 3 ISD isn’t that viable as you can flank them and pick one off and then bail. But with 100 more points of stuff for you and for you to kill it could be brutal.

I did dual ISD demo in a CC list. Word of warning, its a nightmare to keep refitting them and so it took me ages to get to a point where I was comfortable picking up the demo title.
Good fun though and pretty deadly, just usually bloody games.
One thing:
Advanced Gunnery...not good here.

Only three activations and no Fighter screen could be a huge risk, especially against a Swarm of small and fast Rebel ships, like those MC30 combined with Sato....you have no way to get them....but on the table should be terrific!

I ran 3 ISD2s for a CC. First 2 rounds it was great. Then I lost and couldn't repair an ISD. Round 4 I lost my scarred ISD and one other. After that the campaign fell apart so I'm not sure how badly it would have spiraled from there. It just becomes too expensive to repair or replace them. I'd suggest at the very least trade one ISD for an Interdictor. Its not much cheaper but will be able to helpout the two remaining ISDs with Targeting Scramblers and Projection Experts plus the ability to stop your opponent from escaping.

Yea but just don’t equip GT as you will be most effective with a close range double arc, go after the big ships with that brawler and the Cyamoon and 2 can handle enemy small units
I would like to add that I think 2 ISD’s with gozantis and squadron support would be more optimal, but the OP is trying to make Triple ISD with those specific ships a thing I think so that is how I would load them out

That is indeed the only reasoning for taking it on a kuat/1, but I think having GT on both of the others will be enough, allowing the Kuat to focus on ships and maybe throw some flak out the sides

I have tried mock-up CC games with two ISD and a Demolisher. It kind of works, but activations (or lack thereof) get you killed. So it wouldn't want to try that again, and maybe Demolisher is more needed in a fleet of my teammates.
In a 500 point league with shared uniques i ran a ISD2/Devastator (flagship), ISD1/AvengerBT, and 5 gozantis. Let me tell you, 7 activations with 2 fully loaded ISD’s is absolutely brutal!!! Ships don’t stand a chance, and squadron lists (even maxed out) will get decimated by all that ship flak.
I think my fighter screen was only a handful of ties and eventually became Cienna/Valen
I'm not going to buy 3 more Gozantis just to cheese out my opponents in one campaign, funny as that may be. But if you advice for two ISD and maximum activations, I could offer two Gozanti, two Raider, one Arcquitens.

It was a league not CC specifically. We rolled a d6 at the end of every match for killed uniques- they died on an initial roll of 1, adding one for every previous time they went down.
And for our CC we never got to do All out Assault as noones schedule lined up

Oh I didn’t buy them, I borrowed them from teammates! Lol
