Lancer Class Pursuit Craft Deck plan

By Dekaar, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

Hi Everyone,

after I realized that there are no Deck plans for the Lancer Class Pursuit Craft, I just had to give it a tr y, here you see the result.

I did base the Plan on what I did see of the Episode Bloodsisters of the Star Wars Rebels Series, and on the few Concept Arts for the Episode,

and the spare info the Star Wars FFG Rules had to offer.

Special Thanks go to Ravendeviant who did make the drawing of the outside of the ship. ( ravendeviant.deviantart.com/ )

If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

I look forward to your opinions.

Nice.

You can save some space by placing the sink and toilet together. Basically the toilet slides into the wall and the sink slides out. There's a good example in the movie firefly. And you see the opening sink several times in star trek. Also, if you swaped the co-pilots cabin and the refresher space it would place all of the plumbing in the same area of the ship and reduce the amount of pipes running around the ship. It's a tiny thing, but food for thought.

Hi Ahrimon, thanks for the Feedback.

I placed the rooms that way to assure that Pilot and Co pilot have the fastest possible access to the Cockpit.

The plumbing should not be a problem under there living area, which is marked yellow is quite much space to have tanks for all kinds of stuff, the ladder down into the cargo hold is about 2 meters long, so there is around 1,5 to 1.7 meters uninhabited space under the living section.

I love the Firefly bathroom system, totally, but it felt to practical for a stock ship :D, when you have the space why not put in the cheap stuff :D

Oh cool, I'm glad you did this! Looks good!

Out of curiosity @Dekaar , what program did you use to make the interior? I've seen similar styles in deckplans before.

@HueyLewisNthePews thank you and you are welcome :)

@Ahrimon I used the one Program every PC user gets for free, Microsoft Paint :D

Not for much longer unfortunately.

You have way more patience than I do. That's a lot of small lines and detail for me.

Who needs ms paint when there's the GIMP (Gnu Image Manipulation Program)? That, chrome, 7zip, and Sumatra pdf are some of the first things I install on any pc I administrate (I provide tech support for my family). I usually install McAfee live save because it costs $5 per year, yes I know the normal price is $80 but a fewhile times a year when you buy a computer from office depot/max you can buy up to 5 or 10 of those McAfee livesafe cards for $5 a pop and I'll always buy the max allowed # and use them to renew in future years, and give as tech gifts. My work provides me with Symantec endpoint protection for my personal pc. Microsoft Office I'd about the only piece of software I pay retail for. Scratch that, when someone needs a DVD player I put real player on it because it's simple and it just works which is more than I can say for things like power media player or any free DVD player. You have to pay something like $35 to get the DVD capabilities for real player and the image quality isn't the greatest (empty parts of the image come out green instead of black, I think they did that as a development aide and it's very much a work in progress)... the MS software I miss the most is windows media player as of windows 7 it was awesome, but now it doesn't do DVDs, I also miss windows photo viewer, but I most certainly will not miss ms paint
