They're supposed to have like 5 crew aren't they? Can't even get one crew slot out of it?
How come Resistance bombers have no crew slots?
FFG didn't want Sabine to help them, so they gave it no crew.
Then, after they released the ship pack, they actually sat and read Sabine's card text closely.
What's wrong with Sabine? Isn't this the kind of ship she was meant for?
It's also disappointing cus I really would have liked to have a Paige Tico crew card.

The fluff reason is that crew slots are for supernumeraries, and all 5 have tasks in the normal running of the ship.
Balance, but it can also be explained by the crew being completely occupied with operating the ordnance silos. Crew tends to be more co-pilot type.
Maybe they could have given it a "Team" slot?

This game needs a entire wave of ship-lite or ship-less fluff added to it for the Star Wars fans.

TBH FFG didn't want the ship to be OP.
So instead we got something that was okay, because FFG has designed a game where ONLY OP things are truly worth using.
Honestly, even without Sabine's normal ability, her adding of bombs would kind of **** with the balance of the B/SF-17. It seems built around a combination of Two Bombs Once/Bomblets Forever/One Bomb 4 times. If you could equip Sabine, then you'd make that 8 bombs - it just overcomplicates the munitions you need to track when thinking about the ship.

Now heres an argument that makes sense. They could nerf sabines damage all they wanted, but dat bomb slot + silos......
Forget tracking the bombs, the choices of control and area denial are mind boggling. For the trolls clusters and proxy mines could choke half a play area in damage....
I'd be very surprised if the bomber doesn't cause some ragequits in epic as is.
