I'm assuming it's the YT before Han and/or Lando "stripped it down" and removed anything not to their fancy. Or there could be some damage that occurs in the film requiring such.

I suppose...though unless there is more of an in depth reason beyond "just making it look different", I'm still iffy on the change. Eh, we'll see if it grows on me.

A new paint job is OK, but hopefully, they don't change the ship model. Heck, if the Millennium Falcon didn't change (except for the new radar dish) from the Ep. 6 to Ep. 7 (like... 30 years?), why it would change now?
Here's to hoping the movie will be revealing the Falcon to be a hijacked freighter before it was stripped and repainted to Lando/Han's liking.

not sure how they can change the physical appearance of the ship in a prequel. If it was something extruding from the hull, fine it probably snapped off but...the nose? thats a pretty significant difference you wouldnt just "mod away" later on.
Also i still expect to see more YT variances in the movie. Perhaps Han will be flying another one at first, it gets hammered, and he gets the Falcon next.

afaik we still dont know what the whole point of the solo movie is.
It could actually be both explaining why Chewy swore a life debt and how he got the Falcon, where most of the movie hes not even in it but some other YT model (heck he could be flying a YT2000 and appears disgruntled because he "downgraded" to a YT1300, only to be pleased when he finds how easy it is to mod by comparison)
And i would be surprised as **** if Young Han was even available to Rebels. Until he met Luke/Leia he was not a good guy, just not necessarily a bad guy either.

He was Scum all the way - a guy minding his own (shady) business and eventually working for Jabba.
It would be cool to see a Scum YT-1300 in this game, but I don't know how many people out there would pay for a 3rd miniature (sure a "Stellar Envoy" repaint might help). The best way to introduce it would be in a Most Wanted-style pack, IMHO. Maybe a pack tie-in with the movie, with 1 or 2 new ships and several new cards and alternate pilots.
