I have to echo several others here. I want Dwarves! Riding bears! (yeah I play wow lol) I would also love to see a series of Bosses like dragons and giants.

I would like box similar to the army exspansions for each new wave.

As for factions a sea creatures (naga?) one would be nice, having their own agenda of getting the runes to submerge the surface dwellers.
