Engine Upgrade 4
Ghost 0
Ship Total: 57
"Zeb" Orrelios — Attack Shuttle 18
Courier Droid 0
Phantom 0

Veteran Instincts 1
Nien Nunb 1
Flight-Assist Astromech 1
Pulsed Ray Shield 2

Ship Total: 25

What are your thoughts on this? The ghost brings action-less near full mods, Fenn can protect in a similar manner as lowhrick while setting up PS11 arc Dodges. Sensor jammer combos with Fenn and people are hesitant to spend focus in the face of the ghost's firepower as is.

I know that Courier Droid is a 0 cost, but why bother putting him on Zeb? If you're docking that shuttle, the Droid won't have any effect on setup.

Other than that, I love the Ezra/Maul combo on the Ghost. I don't think Chopper is necessary, though. I'd go with just a Lothal rebel to put Kyle Katarn on Fenn. All of the Phantom II's straights are green except for the 4-red. Not sure how often you'll need that in a game, whereas Kyle could work for you almost every single turn if you wanted him to.

The courier Droid on Zeb is there to be cheeky (kinda like disrespect guidance chips). At the end of the day it costs me literally nothing to do it.

As for Nien, he has a couple of uses. The 4 straight green is nice for keeping up with the ghost, but the real reason I take him is to make the 1 straight ion move from pulsed Ray shield a green move. I can then clear stress while ionized and use flight assist to correct my arc placement.

I get the argument on chopper vs lothal, but since I am using Nien, I don't need more points on Fenn. ( If I want katarn I'd rather switch Nien+pulsed Ray shields for that trade). I like choppers ability to boost to a block and then prevent the enemy from dialing a k to follow me.

Anothervariant of the list I am considering is to drop to Lothal Rebel and equip seismic torps to open up a new lane.

I didn't realize that was legal. Yeah, that's nice. Having played Fenn with Kyle, I like that use of crew better, but treating that one forward as a green makes Nien a better choice than I initially thought.

It isn't clear this works on the reference card for ion tokens but the FAQ confirms this is legal.

I think the R2 astromech is the better way to get green ion manuevers. It also gives you more greens and opens up your crew seat for Kyle. With 180 degrees of arcs, the sheathipedes are less than ideal FAA carriers.

I like the argument for Kyle. I'll have to weigh that vs pulsed Ray shield.

I'm not sold on the argument against FAA on the sheathipede because it has 2 arcs. The whole point of the Droid is to ensure you have arc on someone. My general take on this is that is the get my arc on someone I'm ok not having the free reposition (particularly since I only paid 1 point for the Droid)

Though if I switch to Kyle, I will change the Droid to R2

Yes yes yes I love the TLT/Ezra/Maul Ghost build!! So much!! I could definitely see you dropping Sensor Jammer, and possibly down to Lothal Rebel, however, in order to afford Kyle Katarn, Vectored Thrusters, and (I would propose) R2-D2 on Fenn. It gives you Regen, Focus, and Focus/Barrel Roll/Coordinate every turn. That build is far more versatile, and also allows you to include the at least kind of useful Chopper on Zeb.

I'm going to disrespect my opponent by carrying around an extra card in my case?

It’s more like, “Who care’s? May as well”.

Wouldn't it be more disrespectful to handicap yourself by actually spending points on something?
