I fire at a ship, which has three Harpooned conditions assigned to it. Do I need:

a) one uncancelled crit to trigger ALL conditions?

b) one uncancelled crit for EACH condition?

A, only one crit for all

Only one. Its because it doesn't spend the crit to trigger the condition, it just needs to exist. So it exists for all three of them.

Gets real fun when your opponent has all three of his ships at range one of each other, in an expert display of formation flying and you zip a Z-95 with deadman switch and 1 hull left into the snug fest, sneak a crit into the lead Wookie triggering the three Harpoons you put on his the previous round which then pop him for 3 more, his two wingman rugs for 3 more and then of course you, but then you pop like an overripe killer tomato dropping in 1 more to each. A well spent 18pts, or at least satisfying, while your two gila squadmates just finished their reload sizing up another battery for the flying carpets.

If you have a ship with 3 friggin harpoons sticking out of it itching to pop, then keep that ship in formation, you kinda deserve what you get lol.
