If a ship has 3 harpoons on it then dies do all ships at range 1 suffer 3 damage, or do they suffer just 1.

if anyone knows how it is being ruled please let me know.

All the conditions are trigger individually and resolved by the same death.

Right now, there is not any rules saying a ship cannot have multiple condition cards, nor does it say it cannot have multiple of the same (outside the unique ones), so for now, each card is treated individually.

And there's no reason to expect that's ever going to change. I can imagine errataing "Limited" onto Harpooned! if it turned out to be meta breaking, but I can't imagine why they'd ever blanket forbid multiple conditions on a ship.
