My Resistance A-wing Design Concept

To me, the Bullseye arc fits with the concept that A-Wing lasers are super accurate, but don't do a lot of damage. Plus two dice primaries have been needing a leg up.

the bullseye makes total sense on an awing. It actually makes sense on quite a few ships.

Considering they didnt go the full distance with Bullseye just flatout saying "No defense mods for you!" its not an immensely powerful ability, just a nice boost. Other effects like autos, defensive rerolls, or misc abilities like Ezra/Poe still go through.

I'd actually like to see more ships with it. The Awing gives us the super agile platform that lacks the uber main gun to truely abuse it so its fine. Just...dont give it to a 4die ship lol

Still have to contend with a well placed Missile with A-Wings, but that might not be too bad.

True, but thats literally one shot, two if the Aux Payload is a thing.
Which bump its price up by 3pts for each shot (cause who is going to use nonprockets or noncruise if you cant take harpoons?)

Current Awings sometimes take prockets and its amuses me when they try to force it and end up in a really, really bad position as a result. Yeah, you got your procket off....i got all 3 of my attacks focused on you though w/ mods...and that procket needs to do maximum damage to kill me (oops i evaded some of it!)

It might be less an issue on an agile platform but bullseye arcs are crazy difficult to get after the initial joust. I've seen the Kimo get bullseye maybe once after the initial joust, even in games where i flatout ignored it and just let it roam about freely. Dunno bout you but the idea of jousting someone that has a potential 5die attack and can negate my defensive tokens sounds like a really, really bad idea to let him actually joust me, i wouldnt dare approach that head on unless i out PS'd him with enough firepower to reliably kill him first.

So I've done some editing [see the OP for images]. The changes are as follows;

- Bumped the generics point cost by 1 respectively for balancing

- Lowered Targeting Sub-Systems to 1pt due to its trigger restrictions

- Reworked Anticipation with a new ability, as most weren't really keen on the original

- Changed Auxiliary Payload to be a missile upgrade to allow for universal use and guidance chips/autothrusters

There is no reason for the Resistance escort card to be exclusive to this ship. In fact, you can see x-wings on escort as well.

While a resistance only title card could work, an a-wing only one doesn't.
