Looking for regionals practice and generally just more games played. If anyone is interested I would love to get some games on vassal. Im free all week until next Tuesday after that mornings and early afternoons work best for me.

If you haven't already, join the boardswars.eu discord channel and you can get some games in there! People are picking up games for vassal all the time.

I've never officially Vassaled before and I'm concerned my opponent will find my play slow. But I will look into Discord. Hopefully there'll be a pensive-play-newbie section.

Just post in the Vassal pick up and say up front that it’ll be a learning game. Also, you can just log on and see who’s willing to play. Someone will help you for sure.

If you're going to VASSAL please get yourself a microphone: it makes the games run so much smoother and quicker! Even if you're not very fluent in English we can still communicate with Yes/No/Wait/OK much more efficiently with voice chat.

It won't cost you anything either if you already have a smartphone. Just download the Discord app for iOS or Android and sign into the BoardWars' Discord server with the app. You can use speakerphone or use the headphones with mic that came with your phone. (Skype also works if Discord is otherwise unavailable to you.)

That would be greatly appreciated. Just signed up for a regional and I haven't played a match in a year! I'll PM you some of my available times.

I play a lot on Vassal, i'd love to play with you too and i have no problem in teaching you the way to use the program and much more!! ???
