IF this was true (which it is most assuredly not) the following things would also be true

1) you could find a copy of said injunction.

2) the judge would more likely enjoin the distribution of the app and force FFG to disable all existing copies of the app (by revoking the end user's limited license) because that is the thing that would theoretically be causing harm.

However the only true thing here is someone at your FLGS talking out of their thermal exhaust port, which is right below the main port.
