Can you use the reload action and turn back an ordnance card previously "removed" by Boba Fett?

Reload says " choose ... equipped discarded [torp] and [missile] upgrade cards ". So would expect you can reload a Boba'd torp or missile.

Yes, unless they come out with an FAQ that explains the difference between discarded and flipped... they mean the same now per the rules because when you discard a card, you simply flip it
