I think you might have the first and only of the new version of that ship
... And here I thought it was a popular design...
It is, but I changed some parts of it lately. This is the new one.
Cool, @melmimiatures, what changes were made, they look the same..

most of the changes are on the underside, the topside stayed pretty much the same.

I plan on being the second one, haha. What can you tell me about the White/Black Premium print?
It is pretty much an inbetween quality between WSF and FUD. Is very resistant (as WSF) but much less porous than WSF. It doesnt reach the level of detail of FUD but for a ship this size should look very nice.
Make sure to post a pic of the nebula when you get it painted!
With white and flexible which is pretty much all that I can afford, I am trying to find a way to seal in the surface with out messing up the detail that exists. I find that the only real option is to paint and shade then dry brush and accept the grainy texture. I do not really mind if the detail is lost. I am more the slap the paint on and play kind of guy. At 52 years of age, it kinder on my eyesight. You young( padawhans) ones will learn that as you get older , eyesight and steady hands kind of leave especially if you do fine detail work when you are young........ enjoy the ability to paint now, when you get older it is a **** of a lot harder.
Save up a bit, if you can, and get the better quality. Otherwise it is just such a bumpy mess that no paint job really looks good.

I have purchased over a dozen ships from Mel's, and I can attest that FUD is IMO the best way to go. Yes it costs more, but the quality and detail makes it money well spent. I'll post some if you want (both painted and unpainted)
Edited by Salted DiamondPlease do, I am saving up for a harrower and have to decide between hi-def and fud.
Edited by player2454571Here are some pics of my fleet with stuff from Mels. Everything I get from him is in FUD (or Extreme detail if available). yes it costs more, but well worth it to me.

Mobquet and Action VI that count as GR-75's
DP-20 counts as a CR-90
RAF Mk 1 type 5, 2 are from mels and 1 from Tsalt/Utar (no longer available)
